Privacy Policy

When you use AHiMS portal (AYUSH Homoeopathy information Management system) hereinafter collectively referred to as AHiMS, some personal information is collected from and about you. We are committed to protecting the security of this information and safeguarding your privacy. This privacy policy sets out the details of the personal information collected, the manner in which it is collected, by whom, as well as the purposes for which it is used. At registration you are requested to accept the terms of this Privacy Policy and your use of AHiMS signifies your continued acceptance thereof. This Privacy Policy may be revised from time to time and you will be notified of all such changes. In order to use AHiMS, you are agreeing to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

Information collected and manner of collection

When you register on AHiMS, the following information is collected from you for generating a beneficiary reference ID – (i) Name; (ii) Mobile number; (iii) Date of Birth; (iv) Gender; (v) School details, (vii) location and (vii) Photo ID Number
The Reference ID is thereafter used to identify you in all subsequent AHiMS related transactions and is associated with any data or information uploaded on the Server. A registered user can register more individuals apart from oneself, using one mobile number. AHiMS does not collect your location data automatically.

You can use any of the prescribed identity cards to avail services but currently system is accepting Aadhaar. Information provided by you about your identity is not disclosed to anyone else apart from the system users of AHiMS who may use the information for the purposes of verification of identity and your service status. The ID information is not published by AHiMS in any manner.

The Reference ID and/or the Mobile number with which you registered on AHiMS, will be used to locate your record from the database at the time of service. These can also be used to assess your service status as recorded in the AHiMS system.

The unique ID provided by you at the time of registration will be used to establish your identity. Once this is done, the service event will be recorded against your Reference ID.
